:)) "showing leg" you make it sound like it was something weird, I didn't even noticed anything, they always wear skirts, mochi's was a little shorter this time but nothing scandalous.
I have faith in them since they said the kenkyuusei wasn't about replacing people, just training girls. Also when Sakura Ebizu debuted on TIF they didn't sing Ebichu's songs (which I was expecting)
They're not going to become a revolving door gravure group don't worry :)>-
I like ++ but not nearly as much as I liked Ebichu Global though. -
++ varies in quality much more than Global did. I just skim around and choose which ones look interesting.
As for being more like AKB, I wouldn't worry about that at all. -

Thanks guys for the links and suggestions! I randomly checked iTunes and Ebichu has two albums on the US version. Score! I'm excited. They're really talented and versatile. Ebichu seems to be more like the more artistic leaning idols than cliche ones. Just my observation. Of course, I don't know much about the idol industry so pardon my ignorance if there are other groups with this characteristic. Their songs are actually really interesting musically which is always a plus for me. I really liked when they became a 'band'. It would be cool if that was there next evolution. Ebichu may be my new group lol I kid.

^ Ebichu has some very interesting artists making their songs which is why they have such an amazing discography. They are not afraid to experiment with different styles so their music is always evolving.
By the way, I just saw RYO from ORANGE RANGE also sang Natzu Daze Johnny, he's the one that made the song right?

That's very good -- and it reminds me of the kind of thing that Tsunku used to do: write a hit song for an idol group, then do your own quirky cover version.. :))

Which reminds me, I really would like to see some H!P/Stardust collaboration -- the version of Momoiro Katamoi at GF15 Day 2 got me thinking about it again. There are so many good things thay could do together! -

I became a fan of Hinata when listening to EbiChu's "Karikeiyaku no Cinderella" last year.
I have poor eyesight. Because their costumes were not color-coded, it was difficult for me to identify girls.
However, I became able to recognize her voice.
Just like Izumi-san, YUI and miwa, she is the possessor of a good voice(He calls their voice "boy's soprano").
EbiChu has not so much appearance on the TV show as Momoclo.
GF15 and Folk Mura were her first chance and big ordeal for her.
"Loop", "Yozakura Oshichi", "ONENESS" and "to U"
As you know, "Te wo Tsunagou" was good chance for her to try her voice. lol
Mayama was very good and Aiai was powerful.
I knew that Mayama and Aiai were very powerful at singing in a rehearsal. So I was really worried about Hinata.
I arranged the "Shiroi Kite" first verse into a medium tempo(Takebe's piano solo) to make an impression.
Anyway, she was so cute. LOL
She really outdid herself.
