Hasegawa and Team Syachihoko(Honoka, Haruna and Chiyuri) interview

Team Syachihoko celebrated its 3rd anniversary on April 7.
When Syachihoko was formed, what did you think about the girls' future?
Hasegawa:I didn't have a more concrete plan. We decided only Honoka's center position in those days.

You were strict in raising them?
Hasegawa:In the first place we are the groups which gathered 6 girls living in Nagoya.
"good singer" "good dancer" "good talker" So we didn't demand these from them.
Needless to say, their singing skill and dancing skill will improve if they train.
I wanted to do what we can now with all our might.
Chiyuri:Did you think about things like that?
Hasegawa:I thought about the best plan for Honoka. As a result, I did not force training on her.
Chiyuri:WHAT???
Hasegawa:In our present circumstances I cannot possibly afford to do it. However, I had such a thought in those days.
Honoka:He did say so. lol
Hasegawa:They had trained once a week at first. She is very intelligent, so I said to her. "You don't have to do preparation and review."
We must spend a lot of time practicing naturally if our work increases.
Chiyuri:Where's your head at?
Honoka:This story is very interesting.
Hasegawa:I suppressed their growth pace intentionally.

What does that mean?
Hasegawa:For example, if they have a high skill level, they can show fans the best performance in NAGOYA CLUB QUATTRO and ZEPP NAGOYA.
I thought that I wanted fans to see their growth process. Similarly, I made a plan of Budokan concert.
Haruna:I didn't think that you had various ideas.
Hasegawa:However, Chiyuri must sing important parts and is a main vocalist. So it doesn't apply in her case, and I was putting pressure on her.
Chiyuri:How terrible!
Hasegawa:In Haruna's case, of the 6 girls, she is the youngest member.
Because 5 girls took the entrance exam for high school, they had to be absent from work.
If she works alone, she will attract public attention naturally. So I hardly gave her a role of MC.
Haruna:Well, if you put it that way, sure.
Hasegawa:Yuzu's talent blossomed in 2012, so it was a nice mistake.
She was very rebellious for stress of the entrance exam for high school.
Honoka, Haruna:Yeah. LOL
Hasegawa:Suddenly she said. "I came to the earth from the strawberry planet."
I asked her a question. "Where is the strawberry planet?"
Then, she has been ignoring me. LOL
She hates that she always say the same thing in MC segments.
Even if I persuade her, she does not obey my instructions. It seems to be against her policy. She is very stubborn.
Haruna:I didn't think that she became such a character in those days.
Honoka:I am very surprised, too.
Hasegawa:Nao is just at a rebellious age now.
Yuzuki is an extremely frank girl. And she is bad at making fans excited.
So I advocated two things as my themes in Budokan concert. "Go for it, Oguro Yuzuki! " "Independent(Honoka)"
Honoka asked me in 2012. "Would there be any problems if I stay in the center position?"
Her parents were saying the same thing that she is.
Honoka:Yeah
Chiyuri:LOL
Hasegawa:I thought that Budokan concert became the turning point for her. So I have not indulged her after that.

Please tell us about "Maku HOLLYWOOD".
Hasegawa:I thought that I wanted fans to see their growth process until they gave a concert in Budokan.
They must do the performance of the high quality in Makuhari Messe. I thought about how it is important to enjoy, and we will advocate it as our new theme.
