So this arc is basically Sailor Moon with Aarin as Queen Beryl, and the rest of them as The Four Generals.

You can say that but the plot of Sailor Moon kinda differs. I remember in the 1st AE volume already has a Sailor Moon chapter based around Aarin. I think this one is another spin using the myth of Momotaro that coincides with the release of Toujinsai.

Yeah, definitely Momotaro will be utilized, but it feels like such a clear hint at The Four Generals, with them berating each other for trying to be Beryl-sama's (or Aarin-sama's) favourite. Time will tell as this arc goes along, I guess!
