Help me identify this song and singer

Many years ago, I found this song posted on a mock pro-DPRK webpage. Its a Japanese language song so its obviously not likely to be a North Korean production.
I lost the video and the website is long gone but I do remember a tank being featured in the background.

quick google the lyrics and found this, video's weird though but I don't want to question the context

That's Iijima Ai's song. She was a tarento on Japanese TV, but if she's known in North Korea, it's probably for her book (Platonic Sex). I can see how that story might be used as propaganda.
