As announced on today's live, Amemiya Kanon will be withdrawing from the group and leave Stardust Promotion on the 8th of July. We have no excuse for this sudden and troubling matter. We can only asked for your support in sending off Amemiya with your smiles and for your continued cheering.

I received permission to make an announcement for today.
I, Amemiya Kanon, will graduate from Hachimitsu Rocket as well as leave Stardust Promotion on the 8th of July.
I have no excuse for this shocking announcement that I made.
And I apologise if I make anyone feel sorrow.
While I was thinking about my future,
the members, my position as leader,
my position as center, continuing to stand on the stage, I realised I had no ambition.
and that is the most important reason.
I've been thinking about it ever since our major debut.
Certainly I could grow more or make more people happy but I had to do it with a smile.
I can't accept doing this earnestly without aiming for the same dream.
Doing things with the members,
the fans continued support,
the staffs working hard for me,
I thought it would be rude to continue with this thought so I came to this decision.
I was appointed as the leader and also the center; a heavy position to fulfill and was entrusted to carry the duty but truthfully, I, myself didn't have the confidence to do it. I don't even know how to forgive myself or others or even tell the ugly truth.
Such a big role was entrusted to me; as the vanguard I was supposed to stand firm and pull through for them but I can't.
I can't even offer compassion. I don't even have an excuse for that.
My time with the members, we did a lot of stupid things as well as spur of the moment laughters.
I really love those fun times.
Although there are regrets, things that can't be done in Hachiroke, words that can't come through, the members pulled themselves to become what they are now.
That is my happiness.
Finally, for the fans who have been cheering me.
I was able to stand on this stage with my true feeling thanks to each and every one of you.
For pushing my back forward,
for always supporting me without fail,
for being the sun that shine on me,
truly, thank you very much.
With this little time I have left until the final day, I want to return these wondeful feelings by standing on the stage with all my heart!
As Hachimitsu Rocket's Amemiya Kanon,
I want to do all sorts of things.
As for myself who had chosen this path,
for the sake of meeting you all again with my chest proudly puff, I will advance forward.

I wish we will see her again but leaving Stardusrt as well I have my doubts

We managed to see Aika, Momoka and even Chiyuri on Instagram after they left office so there might be high chance. Heck even Okuzawa Reina.
I'm guessing the new re-organisation first live will be no center or leader since they don't want to put any of the girls in the same stressful position as Kanon.
(Though I think Harima might be a bit willing) -

yeah like ebichu, they content being a leaderless, after reina quit only a few months being a leader. although mirei and rika would be a suitable candidate. IDK i think their manager thought it up and decided its better that way. maybe just a few who can be a leader, kanako,honoka, hori seem just fine n enjoy them self with it.
for amemiya, it came a bit shocking to me,just a few month before, at live she said shes glad being an idol, it just like towa(taconiji) who want to become a good leader like kanako, and quit months later.
lucky for hachiroke, they have enough member to pull through something big like this at their first stage,unlike rojapo who decide to disbanded. that one thing stardust should considered. larger group tend to have higher survival rate even with their rough singing, quantity make up for quality. heck its an idol group anyway we don't come for their singing quality.

Especially in Japan with its hierarchical structures it's not easy and takes courage to admit and voice that
With Ebichu I think Mirei and Aiai were always the leaders inofficially, the ones who took on responsibility and told the ways
I remember a quote by staffmember (or was it Kikuchi P?) to that effect
Fujii though never thought that it would be necessary to implement an official leader of the class, and those two never needed it either for their confidence :) -
One more thing came to my mind...
When you look at scenes with Tenchou Minehiko Hasegawa and the Syachihoko members it always seemed to be rather "tough love" :-)
Remember the concert at Nihon Gaishi Hall in which he unvailed his plans for a concert at Nagoya Dome?
In his speech he suddenly named the members and said he was proud of them
Which prompted even Honoka to cry as it obviously was a rare thing to hear from him
After Chiyu's graduation he was rather surprisingly transferred to manager of the Rocket
Which I interpreted as him being good at clearily telling the young ones what to do but not so well at dealing with meanwhile grown-up women
Managing a big lively group like Hachiroke (or Syachi in their first years) may need someone like that
Someone like Honoka is robust and secure enough to handle it
But Kanon seems to me more sensitive than most others and maybe couldn't deal with the harshness
And then again I may be completely wrong :)

Hello everyone! This is Amemiya Kanon's blog.
Today was my graduation live.
To those who came,
To those who watched,
And to those who had been cheering me,
With all my heart, thank you very much.
This is my last blog entry.
All those memories I made,
All those bright moments I made,
I am truly happy for them.
From the day I joined Stardust,
To joining Team Daioh Ika,
To joining 3B Junior and Hachiroke,
I was able to make such wonderful companions,
I was showered with love,
I was showned lovely scenery,
And I was able to realise many many dreams.
All of these are my happiness.
With us 7, we saw many scenes,
We cried a lot, laughed a lot,
We were able to jumped over many obstacles.

Mifuu-chan
Kimi-chan
Sora
Harima
Moririn
I came in together with these 6,
I was made to lead with these 6,
I was truly blessed.
Even though I was self-centered in my leadership, I'm glad I was with these girls.
There were many tough times but because I was with them I was able to love those times and make it to today's event.
Even though the person who's quitting isn't supposed to cry or think about the pain,
I can't be helped but feel sad and can't stop my tears.
I love the members and Hachiroke as well as everyone involved.
From now on it's the 6 members and I.
Even though each have our own future to head to,
For the sake of smiles,
For the sake of brightness,
For the sake of pride,
We have no choice but to give it our all.
And as for the fans,
Thank you for showering me with your love.
I am truly happy from my heart.
Even there were times I felt uneasy,
Even if I only have one lifetime,
Even when I'm looking at my dreams at the top,
