since i am quite new in this fandom, there are something that i dont really understand.

1. where do i have to send a fanletter/gift. i didnt find any address on the official site.
2. what is "black tiger", is it like the official fans club? is it possible for overseas fans to become a members.

I can only answer the 2nd question, "Himitsu Kessha Black Tiger" is Ebichu's official fan club. How to become a member is the same as becoming " Angel Eyes" member. You can read this thread http://momoiroclover.net/discussion/262/momokuro-concert-tickets- advice-for-overseas-fans
