It doesn't look that particular idol (I can't tell if it is Mayama, though it sounds like it) is doing anything taboo or controversial. Maybe the fuss is more about how those guys are all up in her face like they were in the video, basically invading her space? I really don't know either.

The guy's youtube "celeb" Kabukin who is also involved in several webshows in which he had idol guests as well.
So he's not an unknown in idol circles. I even uploaded one of those shows on A!O.
