I don't believe so. There is a chain of stores that sell idol related stuff, and there is one (I believe it was in Akihabara) that had a bit more focus on Stardust groups. But to my knowledge there is no dedicated store. I believe I would've found it if there was. -
I thought so.
I sent my friend to the Stardust office building.
Though I don't think they have anything either -
