October 23 - Omachi Police Chief for a Day
Yesterday in Nagano Prefecture,
I got to take part in the Omachi Police Department Safety and Safety Awareness Festival as a Police Chief for one day!
Thank you to everyone in Omachi, and the Nagano and Omachi Police departments, and everyone who attended the safety awareness festival.
I was able to have a welcome parade, and give issue a message of safety in Okita.
I heard a crine prevention song from elementary and middle school students, and took part in a safety school play, and did a crime prevention dance with various mascots, and took part in a calligraphy performance with high school students.
I had the pleasure of participating in so many activities.
It was so fun.
It was a very wonderful event.
The people in Omachi and the Omachi Police Department used pink in even the smallest details; in their decorations and little flags and boards for example. I was honestly happy!
I was really honored to be called "Chief" for the day, but more than anything else I was really happy that they prepared and welcomed me.
I felt everyone'swarm generosity.
Thank you so much.
I wonder if I fulfilled all of my responisbilities as chief for a day?
And thank you to the Mononofu in Nagano prefecture and those who came
from far way to visit.
I was so happy that everyone came!
I was so surprised and happy that this many people came.
The scenery was so beautiful,
and the air was so crisp.
It was a wonderful moment, right? -
October 29 - Museum in Fall
こないだ、ラジオでもちょこっと言ったけど
ままと美術館に行ってきたよ〜(^^)
The other day on the radio I mentioned it but,
I went to the museum with my mom.
東京都美術館の
「ゴッホとゴーギャン展」
すごいよかった！
The Gogh and Gauguin exhibit at the Tokyo museum of fine arts was amazing!
美術館に行くのひさしぶりだったから
ちょっとドキドキしてたんだけど笑
It's been a while since I've gone to a museum, so I was a little nervous.
やっぱいいね〜。
But it was good.
どの絵もすごく魅力的だった。
Every painting had its charm.
なんか、技法とかさ
詳しいことは相変わらずあんまりわかんないんだけど
素晴らしかったですっ。
I don't know much about how to paint, and as always I'm not so sure about detailed things, but it was wonderful.
絵からゴッホやゴーギャンの気持ちとか2人の関係性が
すごい伝わってきたなぁ
I could feel the emotion as well as the relation between the two painters from their works.
絵ももちろん良かったんだけどね
2人の関係性が ものすごく素敵なの！！！
The paintings were great, but the relationship between the two was so nice!
お互いを尊重しあって、刺激しあって、支えあって、ぶつかり合って
失って 気付く大事なもの。人。時。
There was mutual respect, criticism, support, clashing. Both lost important things. People. Time.
痛い程にせつない、胸に染みる関係だなーって。
Their relationship was so melancholic it could.
わからないなりに あーりんが感じた思いです。
This was how I interpreted their work, in my unknowing way.
性格も、年も、絵に対する考え方も違う2人だけど
心の友なんだなーって感じました。
I felt that both artists were different in their personality, age and thought towards their work,
but they were also deep friends.

最後のほう目ウルウルしてたよ笑
My mom's eyes got teary near the end of the exhibit. Haha
なんなら、お家帰ってきてからも
図録の表紙の右と左(どっちも表紙だと思ってる。笑)をみて思い出してウルウルしてたし笑
Even after we got home and I looked at the guide book's front and back (both looked like the cover), I remembered the exhibit and got teary eyed too.
すごく意味のある両表紙。
It's two covers with very deep meaning.
ぜひ、みんなにも見に行ってほしいな〜
By all means, I want everyone else to go too.
おNEWのコートも着れたし
充実したお休みでした〜♡

上野の森美術館で行われてる
デトロイト美術館展に行ってきました(^^)
I went to the Detroit Art Exhibit that is taking place at the Ueno no Mori Museum of Fine Arts.

初めて行ったの！
It was the first time that I went to the Ueno no Mori museum!
ステキな美術館だったなぁ〜

あーりんはあんまり見たことなかったピカソの絵がきてたりして

The Detroit exhibit was fun because my favorite Impressionists art was there, and there were also some Picasso pictures that I almost haven't seen.
It was splendid.
あーりんが行った日は、カメラでの撮影OKな日で
なんかそれも新鮮だった！
It was OK to take pictures when I went, so that was new!
来週はN.Y.行くし
メトロポリタン美術館行って大好きなフェルメールとか見たり
ニューヨーク近代美術館行って大好きなゴッホの星月夜とか見て見たいなぁ(^^)
Next week when I go to New York, I'd like to see Johannes Vermeer's work at the Metropolitan Museum of Fine arts, and see my favorite Gogh's Starry Night at the New York Museum of Modern Fine Arts.

I barhopped from the Hard Rock cafe. I also went to the Hard Rock Cafe at Yohohama. I haven't been there since the Solo Concert. And I ate there with my mom. We ate the corn cob salad with the honey mustard dressing, and the barbeque combo. It was really delicious.

楽しい時間でした
I learned from the western style music videos that were playing there, and I talked with the staff. I had a good time there.
また新しいピンズが出たらすぐ行かなきゃなー
