The only time I ever would put Momoka and overrated in the same sentence, is if we are talking about the skills she has that the other members possess as well (unless you are talking about "singing talent" alone).
But other than singing, the other girls can play instruments, they also can dance well, the other girls seem to have about the same acting skills, which seems on par with what Momoka does as well
