I don't think the radio station that gets its revenue from the ads would be too thrilled to have those ads appear on youtube for free...
There might also be rebroadcasts which suffer from free exposure of these shows.
And some may also have old episodes on demand
In principle no production company producing shows is too thrilled to have their work appear somewhere else out of their control
And some stations/networks are more strict about this than others it seems

i thought that, if the one that put ads on the radio is happy than it will put more ads to the radio, isn't it ?
i guess it will hit them on the rebroadcast thing and for the sale of the old eps in DVD...
i can hear the radio trough vpn but it's a hasle, it's easier to listen it on youtube lol ><<br />

It ain't the customers paying for the ads that are behind the deletions but the radio stations
They want people to listen to the program on their channel (with the ads)
The more people tune in the more money they can ask for the ads
If people can have these shows "on demand" for free on youtube they don't need to tune in and hence prices for the commercials go down
Btw aren't all ads (and songs) cut from the yt uploads anyway? One more incentive for people to lake a listen there and not on radio -
