I don't know if that's what you meant but I'm having trouble with youtube embed on chrome for some days. I read on other forums that it's an issue chrome's been having but if you try it on firefox or safari the videos do show up.

That's odd. Everything is fine on my end. I would have suggested clearing your cache but if it happens with various browsers...
Have you tried using a proxy?

Edit: Boy, you're right. My Firefox (47.0) is portraying it fine (that's why I didn't notice).
The other browsers are giving me problems too
Guess I'll refrain from updating to 48.0 then...
I'll put the non-embedded youtube links on...

It's OK, I can still access the videos (by quoting the post and copy/pasting the link), so it's not a big deal. I was just curious if it was on my end or if it's happening to others too.

I guess it's on my end. I'll look into what might be causing it tomorrow.

According to other forums I visit is that "...there's some issues with flash coding. Chrome (and apparently others, are having issues with the flash to html5 changes. It affects flash supported vids like youtube...."

So we'll have to rely on browsers that work or tricks like what standfield said until they fix it.

Thank you. Visiting sites has been a pain this last few days so I kind of missed a lot of videos because I'm lazy and didn't want to open a new browser :))

Upon further investigation, it seems that youtube vids are embedded as flash on this site (and there is some kind of an issue with flash). But there are ways to force html5 embed, instead of flash.

Btw I've only found a shortened Momoclo Club so far.
Might be that it was that way due to Olympic coverage.

Oh wow...I just realized that I had Firefox automatic updates turned off. Updated Firefox to version 48, and now the embed works fine.

Yes. Now I only have the issue with Chrome, looks like Firefox fixed the problem in their latest update.

Flash is such a mess...I wish everyone would just stop using it, put it out of its misery.
