Downloaded this today and had a moment of major disappointment when there was no audio. Switched from QuickTime to VLC and both audio/video playback are fine now. Haven't had a chance to watch much yet; I got as far as the opening of Wani To Shampoo and seeing that poor little Momoka is overcome with emotion again. This looks like a truly epic show.
UPDATE: Just finished watching, and it's a great show, (though not as dazzling or exciting to me as the Christmas 2011 show.) Not to spoil anything if you haven't seen this yet, but there is a moment involving Momoka and a bicycle which is the most awesome thing ever. -

As atmospherium said though, it works in VLC, so that's the easy way round for most people.
I did a bit of investigating though, and found the problem - the audio track is flagged as 0 channels. Managed to fix that and get it working in my favourite player by extracting the audio track (using YAMB), using a hex editor to "correct" the track, then remux. For the curious, I replaced all instances of byte sequence "ff f1 4c 00" with "ff f1 4c 80" (abut 353,000 replacements) in the AAC stream to force the track to be read as stereo. Certainly felt rewarding watching the concert after working that one out, and I can't wait to get the full version. *_*
Momoka singing whilst cycling was one of the best parts too - it was great seeing how she progressed from being scared of bikes during the making of video for last summer's concert, to learning with Reni in the Momoclo-chan DVD specials, to this performance one year on. -
This is an amazing performance, I find that i am usually blown away by MomoClo's performances. They just pack so much energy into it.
