I like this collaboration, but I think I like the original version better. His different voices make the song a bit more insane. With Momoclo I can only really hear the shrill singing of Ahrin and Kanako. -

Not sure about highlights, but then I don't know Morning Musume.
Momoclo was only mentioned as the reason Maeyamada might not look up to the other guy as much as you'd expect from their sales numbers.
Both do interviews with the artists, but while Tsunku gets to go out with the girls Maeyamada is mostly beaten to work harder. [well, I assume MoMu doesn't have someone like Reni]
Both make things the girls let slip into lyrics. Apparently Osaretai was his idea after a member was crying during a recording session. [Momoka?]
Then everybody tries to get a song out of the ex-idol on the cast. Maeyamada does a lot of praising and sets a mood according to the lyrics. Like a porn photographer, according to the host. He's been called that before.
Tsunku is more efficient by taking single syllables from different takes.
IMHO the result of that is rather bland, but of course the more experienced producer "wins". -

As much as I love(d) Tsunku, I think the song at the end is in his version very "old style" (conservative?), while Hyadain's version is a lot of fun.
