You can always buy at online stores like CD Japan, HMV, Amazon Japan or Yes Asia

You can buy from online store like what eyeless said or from yahoo auction (usually they sell second-hand stuff with cheaper price) but if you have problem with japanese and not sure how to use auction, I suggest you to join this site first; from japan

no luck on any posters yet, dying for one though. But I'm sure with their popularity now, getting their posters in Akiba would be much easier (or on the contrary, tougher). Last time I was there there wasn't really much of MCZ poster around at TRIO or other shops of the same genre.
