Only the acoustic live not the color-swap....though I wouldn't be surprised if they bundle it like a bonus disk to another release

With that said, definitely get "Gentou" anyways.....they had some awesome performances.

if you want to watch the color swap performance, it was shown on the recording of the 24 hour ustream. But you get to hear everyone's reactions to it (which I don't mind. They find a lot of it funny when some of them kept forgetting to sing their lines. Momoka basically said gibberish when they had to go back to their own lines for Kasou Dystopia XD )

that segment in the UST is even titled as DVD viewing, so yeah the DVD might come to us someday.
I'm always wondering how did they came up with those random show titles, after some googling I think the Manhattan here has something to do with a wrestling term.
