Well AKM are bearless now...
babyraids are in my opinion the most underrated and underappreciated group around
Five totally different characters that however form a very homogenous unit

And both groups may be the best live acts around. They really rock :)

WARNING, unpopular opinion follows regarding Stardust groups. ;-)

This is only NOW. Maybe in 2 weeks or so it will change (well, at least sora, Bellring and amiinA will stay, I think). At the moment I can't enjoy stuff by Stardust very much, it is all okay - but ... something is missing for me. Except for 5572320 ... ;-)

If it does, then I'm throwing in LoVendoЯ as my favorite behind Momoclo. They rock live. But I don't think these types of groups (which focus only on music) count as idols.

On the other hand, they do have glowsticks at their concerts, and, for the most part, they don't write their own music. Does that kinda make them idols?

new singles of 5572320 dismantled my brain on sugary pieces and then reassembled it in a much better manner ))

BiLLIE IDLE had this whole "NOT IDOL" thing going on that I don't know anymore. And I can't remember them participating on typical idol festivals, but that migh be my bad memory.

I love their albums, specially the last two.

Yes, the amiinA album is out for 2 weeks or so. It is one of the most beautiful albums I have listened to.
You should check it out. And sora tob sakana, too. Really great stuff.

I really can't stand Rock, Nu-Metal and Metalcore... so this new wave of Alternative Idols really isn't my thing. I prefer the traditional cute groups with loads of brass, strings and guitar/synth leads.

Karen Girl's - Fly to the Future is my favourite idol album ever. I love every single song on it. If you guys can recommend me anything similar I'd really appreciate it!
