Ticket preorders have not bee decided just yet. They're pretty much letting international fans have access to the main site but some of it will be translated and will take some time. Tickets will take a little longer to be implemented if they consider it

Interesting... My long term plans are to attend one of their big concerts on 2019, so I intended to join AE Japan one of these days in order to be ready for ticket lotteries and stuff.
I think I'll still do it, just to be sure. -
If you're planning to attend in 2019 you don't need to join just yet. You could wait for the announcement of the date of whatever concert you wish to attend, and still have plenty of time to join the fan club. If you join now you'd have to pay again to renew your membership before 2019 anyway.

Now that several people (hopefully) are enlisting in the international Angel Eyes FC it would be great if anyone with access could get the new comics jpgs every two days as a security measure should I forget another one in the future
