Random Question: How come Ikuze Kaito Shoujo isn't released on Itunes? And I'm not just talking American Itunes, I'm also talking Japanese Itunes as well. It doesn't even have the song in the Battle and Romance album despite several sites CLEARLY indicating that it is part of the album.

And I'm talking specifically about the Z version of it, since they only have the old "Momoiro Clover" version on the Japanese Itunes. You woould think that (just like Hashire), they would have prioritize releasing a Z version of their most popular song.

What does the label though have to do with not having the song on Itunes? Does the label NOT release the songs in general?

The label owns the rights to the song, which means they have the final say in when, where, and how the music is released. If they don't want to release outside of Japan, if they don't want to release it digitally, that's their prerogative, and Universal apparently does not want to do that with the Momoclo songs that they own.
