Can i asked something what is the theme of this concert

2014 was just a large festival since they had traditional performers in stage, booths, Taiko and the shrine that holds Toujin-sama (Momotan with multiple arms). I think it's also the girls being deities since many of their clothes in the OPVTR and throughout the concert gave off that impression.
2015 is tengu and is also a festival that can be found in Shizuoka. The Deity that watches over them is the God of the Forehead.
