17:12~ Kanako: We release "Moon Pride". Exact lyrics are not "Moon night" but "Moon Light". I sang the wrong lyrics by mistake. Wrong lyrics were already recorded on CD.
I love how natural Kanako is on interviews and she's also getting prettier by the day. She was so adorably short compared to the other girl :))
I want to know what she said in that gif too. Right after that I think they said something about a tablecloth... (Because I can only try to translate obvious katakana)
Kanako's remark was impolite to him. However, the sentence has other meanings. A long time ago, in Japan, the samurai desired to die on the battlefield. That is a very old-fashioned way of thinking. And that was regarded as virtues. That is used in a slightly different meaning now.
For example, I don't want to die in accident or illness. If possible, I want to die while doing my favorite things. "If I can see Momoclo, I don't care if I die." "I would like to go to Momoclo's concert once before I die."
Kanako: "How do you want to die?"
In other words, her words have these meanings. What kind of thing do you like the best? What is the thing you want to do most right now?
14:15~ Kanako:How do you want to die? Sakai:You have no right to say that to me. Kanako:For example, I want to die while cooking in this show. Or while doing tablecloth show. Sakai:I understand. Kanako:hahahaha Sakai:hahahaha Sakai:Don't laugh!
^ That's what I thought, at first when she said that, it didn't make sense so I was guessing there's something meaning to it. Probably she didn't really think before she said something like that.
Kanako's remark was impolite to him. At any rate, she was impolite to him. [-(
I think more people should be impolite (or shall we say politically incorrect?) I thought her question was hilarious (and honest). But I guess that's one of the basic differences between Western and Eastern cultures :)
