I hope she stays in the group -- her voice and personality bring so much to Ebichu!
At this point, she may mostly have trouble with getting on airplanes. I can see where the changes in pressure could cause serious problems (including pain and vertigo) to anyone with inner-ear trouble. -
^ Agreed, it would be terrible for Ebichu if she was forced to leave the group. She's a long time member, has a great singing voice, and she's very popular among the fans. If she won't be able return to full mochi though, that must be very frustrating. But she may well get 100% better.

I think we're reading too much about Hinata's sickness. If it was concerning her hearing, I don't think they would allow her to wear earphones or be near loud stereos. If we're talking about air pressure, the shinkansen is pretty fast too so I think it's more she's down with a summer illlness and they don't want to risk worsening it (I heard getting sick during summer is the worst).
