This party could become a problem for Kashiwagi Yuki.
Kashiwagis agency arranged that she doesn't touch a male with her hands in akb PV, so she wear gloves (AKB - Gingham Check PV)
She said in an interview "Only at handshake events males can touch my hand." The fans worthshiped this careness because she is a professional Idol. In the Gingham check pv the other akb members didn't have gloves and touched males.
Her agency stated she didn't knew two males and a porn actress joined the party. -
These times Kyary Pamyu Pamyu does some concerts in France (she's really appreciate here).
And, for the first time, in a really important TV show a "strange" Japanese artist was invited. Strange, because in France people have a singuliar view of art, anyway.
So KPP was invited by "Le petit journal", which is, for 2012 and for the 20h-21h hours, the 5th TV show the most viewed with 1 410 000 telespectators.
There is nothing about Momoclo but, KPP is not an idol, but it was very pleasant to see someone as "kawaii" and "strange" in our TV shows. (and she was really beautiful, not kawaii stuff)
The questions were mostly good, and infortunately the animator talked about Miichan for AKB (in french Internet press there was some reports), but it was really curious and open to answers, also after that KPP talked about idols, so the animator asked to KPP what was japanese idols.
It was a very difficult question, and there was only few seconds to answer, but KPP was really good, she sayd that idols was mostly searching to attract male public, so why idols could not have boyfriend to answer to a question. This part didn't make me happy, but for the short time she had, I think she couldn't do better.
In another way, I was so happy to hear, in a so important TV show, talking about japanese idols !

Ho, and the animator (you can see him on the right) talked a little japanese, to present himself and to thank KPP to came ! In France, that is just incredible ! =)

well she pretty much hit the nail on the head. Idols were originally meant to attract the male population, females just recently began to take a liking to the idols(ect:48's&momoclo). I also think that if they're marketed the right way idols can appeal to females and males to the point where they don't have to have a dating ban. ehhhh just my opinion

AarinPink, you have to understand that KPP had just few seconds to answer to a so difficult and complex question in front of more than 1 000 000 french people who had no idea about Japanese culture and J-pop.
If I think that her answer could be detailed, but to be honest I think it's the best one for a so short time.
(in the same time, she had to explain that she's not an idol and why) -

Today, in a bigger show than yesterday, the same channel did a report for KPP !
For people who can talk japanese, I think you can ear KPP enough to understand.

This time it's only to talk about the artist, and KPP is the first one !
C+, in the same show, have be hated by french otaku because they told wrong things about Vocaloid and they said it was really bad etc, a lot of comments were against this TV Show and it's like they did not wanted to do again this error, and for sure, now french otaku like them !
