I will support Matt. At different stages of life a person can have very close people, with whom they subsequently have no great desire to meet, and conflicts and disagreements are not always the reason for this. Sometimes it takes a long time for this desire to appear: 5-10 years or more.
Another situation: the producer of There There Theres announced the reason for the breakup of the group there was a "wall" between the members, and he tried to do everything to establish communication between them, but to blame, nothing happened. To everyone who saw the performances, photographs, stage relationships of the members, where apart from love and passion they saw nothing, this "wall" seemed and seems to be a lie, but is it really a lie? All members eventually remained in the same agency, often meet and perform together in different projects, the same love and friendship, they continue to give each other and fans strong emotions and joy. So where are they real, where are the illusions, where is the lie and where is the truth? May be they themselves don’t know exactly where the border is between everything. The game becomes part of real life, but sometimes the games end, or the rules of the game change.
More recently, by the way, Pour Lui and Rinahamu posted joint photos with the inscriptions that they finally met and they are all right together. Who does not know, Rinahamu left BiS in 2011, and according to rumors because of the conflict with Pour, they did not divide the leadership and the direction of the group's movement. Since then, this myth (or reality?) about their rejection of each other existed 8 years until then.
Human relationships and desires are quite complicated things, and idol's naturally too.

Yeah I know. And that was certainly more than a rumor. But those two left very early on.

I think the important part is to remember that people change, as do their relationships. Just because Momoka isn't close to the other girls now doesn't mean that she never was. It doesn't mean that her and Reni's close friendship was only for the cameras. And neither does it mean that they won't ever be good friends again. I've had people in my life I was super close to for a period of time, only for us to drift apart, and then find each other later again. I get the feeling that Momoka is trying to distance herself as much as possible from Momoclo, in order to become her own artist and not "that green girl from Momoclo". On her website there's only a short sentence about idol activities, and she's only mentioned her time in Momoclo once or twice on her instagram posts. While I would of course be super happy to see them have the same kind of relationship with Momoka as they have with Akarin, I can understand Momoka wanting to distance herself. But as I said, this doesn't have to be the final iteration of their relationship. It's not at all impossible that we'll see Momoka attending one of their concerts down the line, when they've both had time to grow apart from each other as artists, and they might be ready to rekindle the friendship.
