you would need to find services that provide both a Japanese address and phone number. the most common one I've heard so far is tenso which I'm also using. But if you're using tenso to get your address and phone number, you also have to use another service called bridge japan that helps with payment.

In the Momoiro Clover Z Overseas Fans Facebook group, there's a guide on how to apply but I'll post some of the instructions here for those who don't have a facebook or not in the group

NOTE: please keep in mind that if you're planning on using tenso, apply for tenso first before you begin registration because that would take time as well.
Fanclub fees = 5740 yen, BridgeJpn fees = 750 yen, Paypal fees = 260 yen, grand total = 6750 yen

Random Question: Why do MCZ get the nickname "King Of Live" when they are females? Shouldn't it be "Queen of Live"?

I thought in Japan they used King for women too in general. Ebichu is King of Gakugeeeeikai and I'm pretty sure they've used King for some AKBingo games too and maybe in some other idol songs I can't seem to remember.
