#1 on daily ranking but they never got #1 for the week. It's pretty hard for weekly unless you're really popular which is basically MomoClo's current position since their popularity continues to rise. Even Momoka says she likes how everything is now even if they're still rising to the top.

It's not too hard to take #1 with around 70,000 - 80,000 as Momoclo have been getting recently, but I guess they've been releasing on weeks with reasonably strong competition. This time they aren't up against any really big sellers, so it should happen :)

Really popular ppl don't really rank on oricon but do really well digitally(LISA hasn't sold that much on oricon but is ranking well digitally). That's why you really only see idols on the year end charts, ex: 48 sister groups are not really popular with the general public but sell really well on oricon. As much as i enjoy looking at their oricon sells i focus more on digital performance tbh.

My point is just because they aren't selling 100k+ on a single doesn't mean they're not popular after all lets not forget how well 5D sold and how they sell out stadiums and arena's

That's right, CD sales can be inflated easily by including event tickets in it or releasing more version. Digital sales shows more public interest. Momoclo is one of the group who can sell well digitally, especially Saraba, which still charting well in every digital chart until today, even its PV is still selling digitally. That's why I said earlier Saraba is their most successful single for now.

Naitemo Iindayo might probably won't sell as high as GOUNN on Oricon 1st week. But it does better in digital charts. Right now Naitemo is competing with very strong "Frozen" OSTs, Lisa's Raising hope and that MACO's we are never getting back together.

And surprisingly, My Dear Fellow is more popular than Doudou Heiwa Sengen :)
