^ Great performance! I've noticed recently that Reni doesn't dance as fiercely and wildly as she used to. I wonder if this is a natural progression or if she has been trained to reign herself in a little. I kinda miss the electric girl.

I think she saves her energy for concerts. I've noticed the same thing ever since Neo Stargate came out but her concert performances are as crazy as ever. I guess it's because the atmosphere on TV isn't the same as a concert for her.

I think Reni controls her movements more now. She still has the same energy but it doesn't get out of control. She doesn't swing her head and arms around the way she used to, when it looked like she was going to fall apart.

Maybe it also has something to do with age, her joints aren't what they used to. ;)

I just realized I didn't give my opinion about the MV, since it was released by the time I was spending my spring holidays in the depths of the lost countryside of a French island.

To be honest, although I like it a lot, it's not one of my favorites. I won't say it's basic because it's far from being, but it feels more common than what I had imagined when I first saw the promotionnal pic. A lot of Akumu-chan related sequences. I have to watch the drama or the movie to understand a little bit more. But I suppose it explains why they are on TV haha.
It would have been great if they had used the first set of the dance shot, which is fabulous, for more than dance only. By the way, I love the dance set in the water, because it may be very simple, but the girls create sorts of water-shoots while dancing and it makes it magic.

I truly love the song. It's amazingly powerful, and the girls show it in their tones. Aarin is impressive: idols considered as the "cute" ones in their respective groups often have kind of an annoying voice (for example Michishige Sayumi from Morning Musume, Tsugunaga Momoko from Berryz Kobo or Watanabe Mayu from AKB). It is really not the case for her, and she already proved it numerous times but Naitemo iin da yo shows it at its best. And Momoka sounds like crying in all her solo parts, each time I feel my heart melting for a few seconds. Her singing is beautiful.

The last posted live is great! They already master this song (and no sound problem this time haha). I think I'm going to prefer watching Naitemo iin da yo in live because the cheering way they sing the chorus gives it a new dimension and even more power, while when they keep their seriousness in the MV it just seems pale compared to the stanzas. Even their dancing is full of emotion, I could felt it in the MV but in live it's even more obvious. Especially Kanako's. This gesture of wiping tears...

However, Doudou Heiwa Sengen might be my favorite song from this single. My Dear Fellow is nice to listen to, that's it.

After finally listening to the 3 songs together, is a nice release but maybe a bit disappointing. I think Naitemo Iindayo ended up being my favourite. Doudou is fun but it gets too long, maybe it gets better once I see it performed.

After thinking last night that i might actually prefer My Dear Fellow because Doudou has too little emotion, i was woken this morning to my mind singing this in my head. I guess my subconcious knows what i want more than myself. :p Incidentally, My Dear Fellow is growing on me. It always takes a few listens with new Momoclo. ;)

Saraba is related to Akumuchan, right now it's going up again on all digital chart.

And those Frozen songs are really strong digitally, so I think #2 is their best position in any digital chart :)

So it seems pretty comparable to recent first weeks so far. It's weird though that Saraba and Otome Sensou ended up having quite a lot higher total sales than GOUNN even though their first weeks were less; for some reason they stayed in the charts a lot longer. At any rate, it looks like this will probably be the first #1 weekly single, so yay! =D>
